The King's Council (Golden Lion)
The Kingdom of golden Lion developed over the centuries a complex organisation of government with the Emir as the supreme ruler that has an effective control of its provinces, officials and inhabitants. Wealth and rank can be inherited but are just as often earned. Positions are perceived as titles. Military service was a key to advancement in the hierarchy.
Here is the list from the highest rank till the lower ones:
Royal Leader: Emir
Royal Heir: Emirzai
Royals: Shahzan(m), Shahzai(f)
Duke: Shaykh (m), Shaykha (f)
Lord/Lady: Nawaab(m), Begum(f)
Lowest nobles: Zengin (m), Zengina (f) - these titles are likely to be earned, but they are inherited too. Usually Dukes seprate their lands to the regions. Zengin is responsible for taking care of that region, while Elders help them, taking care of the cities and villages.

Soldier: Farik
Merchant: Nukai
Though the Emir is the main ruler, he has a number of advisors and ministers. The most powerful of these were the danismen of the King's Council, led by the Grand Danisman. The King's Council is a council where the danismen meet and debate the politics of the kingdom. It is the Grand Danisman's duty to inform the Emir of the opinion of the King's Council. The Emir often takes his danismen advices into consideration, but he by no means have to obey the King's Council. Sometimes the Emir calls a King's Council meeting himself if he has something important to inform his danismen of, such as imminent war. The danismen then carry out his orders. The King's Council consists of eight danismen and the Grand Danisman.
Each city and village has Elder, who is responsible for taking care of the city for the ruling family. It is his responsibility to know everything, what is going on in his territory and inform about all this the ruling family, who will bring the information to Emir, if needed. Elders usually have a few apprentices. The number depends on theb size of the village or city. These apprentices usually help for the Elder to watch over the city or village.
Keeping the order: The order in the streets are kept by guards known as askerians (Asker). All these askers answer to the Vali of the City. vali of the City is a judge, who takes care of all the crimes on a city or village in which he wroks. He must bring all the information, crimes and troubles to the Elder.
